Preparation Instructions:

1. Open sachet and pour oats into a microwaveable bowl.
2. Pour your choice of milk into the sachet up to the line. then add to the bowl.
3. Stir well. microwave on full power for 1 minute.
4. Stir again. return to microwave for 1 more minute.
5. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
